GENERAL GUIDELINES

• After acceptance, registered members should provide intimation about their payments immediately.

• After completing registration, each participant should therefore send us an email with a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction evidence.

• At least one author for every accepted paper is required to be registered for the conference for that paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation. [Certificates will be provided for all the authors]

• Please write us an Email/ contact the conference contact number as soon as possible, in case of registration beyond deadlines.

• Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the final submission.

• After Payment, send the below mentioned final documents to conf.icaisee@gmail.com

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

Once the committee reaches the decision, we issue an acceptance letter to the delegates to register for the conference. Before registering to the conference, the authors must agree that at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper at the conference venue.

Note: Listeners and Delegates from the same area of interest can also attend the conference. Listener includes those delegates who are attending the conference but not presenting their research work.

COPYRIGHT FORM

In order for ICASI 2023 to publish and disseminate research articles, needs publishing rights. This is determined by the Copyright Form signed between the author and . The copyright form deals with the transfer of copyright to for publication purposes only. The author retains significant rights to use and share their own published articles.

Registration Fee

Registration fee includes, participation in the technical program, Conference bag and material, Free access to the proceeding volumes set, individual certificates to the participants, access to all keynote sessions.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REGISTRATION & PRESENTATION SCHEDULE

If you have not received acknowledgment of your registration one week before the conference, please contact us at conf.icaisee@gmail.com. Detailed conference program along with the list of delegates and title of the papers to be presented in the conference will be uploaded on our website homepage.

Note: The presentation time limit is 20 minutes. There is no limitation on the number of slides and it is not required in any particular format.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

If the registrant is unable to attend, keeping in view of advance plagiarism checking, proofread proceedings preparation and presentation schedule works, following cancellation/refund policy is applicable.

• 60 days before conference- 50% refundable.
• 30-60 days before conference- 25% refundable.
• No refunds will be done 30 days prior to the conference.

PUBLICATION ETHICS

• ICAIS 2023 is committed to the highest standards of publishing integrity and academic honesty.

• Serious misconduct (for example, data duplication, falsification or plagiarism) is taken seriously. If misconduct is proven, sanctions will be applied. [Applies to post-conference plagiarism also].

• Before publication, ICAIS 2023 will randomly review papers using the powerful text comparison/Plagiarism tool. This procedure aims to prevent scholarly and professional plagiarism. ICAIS 2023 will not be responsible for rejection due to any plagiarism that occurs after forwarding the paper to publication.

VISA INFORMATION

ICAIS 2023 will not directly contact embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should themselves apply for Visa only. However, the conference will provide an invitation and acceptance letter to complete the process.
